Ingredients: Dough: 45% (wheat flour, water, eggs, sunflower oil, salt). Stuffing: 55% (chicken meat 70%, onion, salt, black pepper).
Cooking instructions: Put the frozen pelmeni into boiling water, stir, after the next boiling , stir again. It will take 5-7 minutes. When pelmeni float to the surface, they can be considered ready. Using a slotted spoon, remove pelmeni from the pan and place on a plate. Serve with butter, sour cream, mayonnaise, pepper or other seasonings.
