Dry red wine, 750 ml.
Variety: 100% Garnacha tintorera.
DOP Jumilla.
Winemaking: The grapes are selected at the table, choosing the best ones, then they are put into vats where we carry out the alcoholic fermentation for 8 to 10 days, not exceeding the temperature of 26ºC in contact with the skins.
Tasting notes: Opaque cherry red colour with a garnet edge. On the nose it is fruity, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, fine cocoa and toasted wood. Good structure in the mouth, concentrated, tasty, with ripe and sweet tannins. Long, pleasant wine with great persistence.
