Fermentation and maceration for 15/20 days, depending on the variety, in contact with the skins does not exceed 28ºC.
Tasting notes: Opaque cherry red colour with a garnet edge. Fruity on the nose, with aromas of ripe red fruit, spices, fine cocoa and toasted wood. Good structure on the palate, concentrated, tasty, with ripe and sweet tannins. Long, pleasant wine with great persistence.
