Winemaking
Destemming and cold-soak at 8°C for approximately 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation occurs at low temperatures, in the presence of some fine lees. The wine is racked off the lees while the fermentation is in progress. Then the wine undergoes the stages of a white wine vinification.

Gentle pink with salmon hues, providing citrus fruit and blossom aromas, notes of rose and jasmine. Rich mouthfeel with balanced, refreshing acidity and long aftertaste. Ideally consumed within 12-15 months since bottling.
