A fresh and intense rosé with red fruit aromas of freshly picked cherries, strawberries and blueberries and floral notes of blossom and violet.
The Syrah grapes used for the Rosé are sourced high up in the Marathasa valley and picked early to retain acidity and protect the vibrant primary fruit flavors. In the winery they allow the juice to have limited skin contact which gives the wine a lovely light cherry color to preserves freshness.
Fermentation is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
