Handpicked from Pear trees in our fields in Troodos mountains, in Monagri village, that are over 70 years old grown naturally and are anhydrous grown.
They are the old local variety of Cypriot Pears and are near our aromatic herbs and roses fields.
Triple distillation, using only the hearts of the distillation (it is the part of the process where most of the ethanol comes through the still, and also contains pleasant flavors and aromas compounds).
Characteristics
Blossom and Pear notes in the nose.
Rich in Pear flavor with a thick pleasant body and texture that fills up mouth and tongue.
Long aftertaste of pear, blossom floral notes.
Limited and Numbered bottles.
