Antinori Marchese Antinori Vinsanto del Chianti Classico is made from 100% Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca grapes, which are hand-harvested and dried on straw mats for several months before being fermented and aged for three to five years in small oak barrels. The result is a rich and complex wine with aromas of honey, dried apricots, and candied orange peel. On the palate, it is full-bodied and sweet, with flavours of toffee, caramel, and roasted nuts, followed by a long and persistent finish.
