Velvety texture thanks to Syrah, tannic backbone thanks to Cabernet Sauvignon and the gentle, earthy aromas of Xinomavros. It brings together all the aromas that the varieties carry. Red fruits, notes of peppers and spices, sun-dried tomato and mint nuggets. Tastewise, it is an exuberant wine, which balances between the intensity and the soft mouth.
Pairing: Vegetable soups, velouté soups, dishes with creamy textures, even more special aged meats.
