Aromatically, it gathers elements of dried fruits as well as black forest fruits. Tastewise, it is exuberant, full and balanced. It has a wide palette of interesting textures, expressed mainly through the intensity, the velvety but firm tannins and the balanced integrated alcohol.
Pairing:
The exuberant character of the wine calls for fatty textures, meat or fish with sometimes smoky preparations. For more special occasions, Ossobuko, foie gras with red fruits, fatty and crispy sea bass, umami flavors, cigars and dark chocolate with dried fruits will take off the delicious moment.
