Of a fine liquor, this fusion makes an excellent accompaniment to Chinese cuisine. Preparation : Infuse your sachet in 1 liter of hot water, 80°C, for 3-4 minutes. Let the infusion cool and pour over ice into a jug. Keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours after the infusion.
