The Mount Hermon White from Golan Heights Winery is a fruit-driven, uncomplicated and easy-drinking white wine cuvée from the wine-growing region of Golan / Galilee. This cuvée is vinified from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat and Viognier.
In the glass, this wine appears a brilliant golden yellow. The nose reveals fresh aromas of sun-ripened lime, complemented by exotic fruits - especially melon stands out. The fruit aromas are perfectly underlined by delicate floral notes. On the palate, this white wine convinces with its lively and vital structure and medium body. The acidity is very well integrated and gives this wine its wonderful freshness.
