🥇Guia Penin 95/100
Vivino 4.5
Full-bodied white wine, with aromas of ripe stone fruit like white apricots, perfectly blended with subtle oak given by its ageing in French oak barrels. Very creamy and silky texture due to the 10 months the wine spends in its lees, which also gives this great wine hints of baking spices and pastry such as brioche and toasted bread.
Food pairing: Excellent with semi-cured cheeses and several main courses such as smoked white fish, pan-fried soles with noisette butter, pasta, and umami flavours in general as those typically found in Eastern Asian cuisine.
Grape: 95% Verdejo, 5% Others
