Leonardo was first released in 2001 to celebrate the birth of Mr. Theodoros Fikardos’ youngest son. Produced only on a great vintage and from selected vineyards.
Taste notes: Ruby red, full body, high acidity. Aromas and flavors: Blackberry, prune, cherry jam, green mind, dark chocolate, clove and vanilla.
Food pairing: Beef stew, smoked pull pork, T-bone steak and of course the traditional Cypriot dish Kleftiko.

Vinification: Three days cool maceration, ten days skin contact, fermentation at 22-24 Celsius, Malolactic fermentation.
