Behind the concept is French chef Maurice Munier, who after years of working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe and specializing in classic French cuisine, came to Israel and became the head chef of the French ambassador. While working at the Ambassador's House, he was exposed to Mediterranean ingredients and local cuisine, and years later turned the two worlds into one product - French elegance and the abundance of Eretz Israel merged into the culinary experience he now offers at Munier Food Ideas.
