The Zalame Cocktail Bar is the first cocktail bar in Beer Sheva and in the South of Israel. The bar was established in 2016 as part of the vision and the need to bring the world of cocktails and mixology to the South. Nagarim Street and the car shop area was a great platform to build a secret bar with the style of speakeasies from the 1920s in the US. Pizza Cova from the Zalame Cocktail Bar is a boutique New York-style pizza with a very thin crust from a long dough-rising process. We use local cheese and the best ingredients and bake the pizza in a pizza oven.
