The Colonel engraved on his kitchen door in Kentucky a list of 11 herbs and spices that make up our chicken's favorite coating to this day. A copy of the recipe, signed by Colonel Sanders, is kept in a safe at the company's headquarters in Kentucky along with 11 vials containing each of the spice blend ingredients. Today, KFC is today the most popular chicken restaurant chain in the world, engraved on its banner of preparing fresh and delicious chicken, combined with excellent service and innovation for millions of families around the world.
