After two years of development, we created a collection of original biscuits, handmade over three days. Each recipe is precisely balanced - with less sugar and flour, but with maximum pleasure, because the sweetness comes mostly from the chocolate, and the soft and melt-in-the-mouth texture from the Belgian butter. Michelin-trained Chef Zhekov works with a farm-to-table model, using pure, locally sourced ingredients with traceable provenance. This not only creates a higher quality product, but also strives to reduce food waste in its wake. By Entree is for those who love sweet... but want more than just sweet.
