The idea was born out of our strong desire to introduce the Japanese soufflé dessert, known in Japan as “fuwa,” to Bulgaria for the first time. This unique product is distinguished by its rich flavor, incredibly soft texture, and iconic shape. “Fuwa” literally means fluffy, airy, and delicate—a dessert that’s soft as a cloud, bouncy like jelly, and melts in your mouth.
