Food has always been something we love. Food is a pleasure. And we understood that it starts with choosing the right ingredients. Whether it's meat, spices or other ingredients. A few years ago, we dried beef for the first time, then we were inspired by the recipe for classic jerky, but we adapted it a little. It was gone right away, like really right away. Then we tried other flavors, while coming up with recipes we were inspired by recipes we like. Many times the recipe didn't work out for us, perhaps a thousand times we adjusted the ratios of ingredients, perhaps a thousand times we tried new ingredients. When we were looking for premises where we can produce our dried goods, we found that magical place where there was a butcher shop. The place had an atmosphere and we were excited about the idea of combining fresh and cured meats. That we can be part of the whole carousel, that we can cut the meat ourselves and thus have control over the entire process. We chose the butcher trade instead od office work and try to do it in a way that makes sense to us. Sustainably, respectfully, supporting regional farmers and paying them a fair price for their work, having control over every step that affects the resulting quality.
