M&T Winery

We work with grapes from several subregions of South Moravia, including Mikulov (Pálava) and Slovácko (Strážnice). We are currently featuring white wines from Pálava, a region with limestone soils and significant daily temperature fluctuations, which give the wines precision, structure, and clarity. In the cellar, we keep intervention to a minimum and do not use any added chemicals. Our goal is to capture the essence in the bottle—the character of the terroir and the work in the vineyard—without unnecessary modifications.
