Today, the family business Peetri Lõheäri, which has been on the market for 25 years, is sailing on a determined course with Maria as its captain. In contrast to the good old days, when fish was mainly prepared for family and friends and all the raw materials were caught by the family, the company has taken a significant step forward. Much of what is sold comes from trusted Nordic and, of course, local partners, but the manufacturing process still values good old traditions.
