Rukkimaania
Rukkimaania is a small studio bakery in Tallinn that manufactures handmade bakery products.
The bread and pastries made by Rukkimania are based on yeast, made from Estonian raw materials, primitive and honest. Our challenge is to make a product with only a few and simple components, which pure taste offers a distinctive and unforgettable experience. All our products have an original recipe. Almost the entire product range is also suitable for vegans. Many pastries are sugar-free or low-sugar from gluten-free flour.
