If the product delivered to the buyer does not meet quality requirements, the buyer is entitled to exchange it for another identical product or return it within 14 (fourteen) days. The returned product must be in its original, unopened packaging (including the instructions and warranty card, if provided with the product). If the product is improperly assembled or packaged, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return. When returning products, the buyer must provide the purchase documents. The return must be made at the same pharmacy where the purchase was made. Products cannot be returned if they have been used, damaged, or lost their commercial appearance (changes to the product or packaging necessary for inspection are not considered significant changes to the product’s appearance).
