It all started in 2008 with our first goat and the desire to dedicate ourselves to a healthy lifestyle and diet. The goat, as a wonderful clean animal, perfectly fit into the environment of the green slopes of Fruška gora and the source of Jazak water. With great enthusiasm and desire, we came up with the idea to share the excellent cheese we made for ourselves with others. In the village of Jazak on Fruška Gora, we built a mini dairy with the aim of producing top quality goat cheese, from pure goat milk. We produce cheese according to a traditional recipe because, in addition to the excellent taste, we want to preserve the recipes of our local cheeses. The dairy was built according to current regulations that ensure maximum hygiene, which is of great importance for the quality of the cheese.
