Whether it's real homemade yeast bread with whey or fragrant fluffy buns and sweets of various flavors and shapes. However, Matej's bakery also focuses on a healthy lifestyle, the needs and tastes of people who believe in an active and modern way of life and eating. Examples are protein bread, wholemeal or spelled bread, which is spiced with seasonal herbs, such as copper garlic or tomatoes.
